How It Works

Initial Consultation
Let’s chat about your health goals & intentions. Share a little about your health history, what issues you want to overcome, how you have been feeling, and most importantly, what you are hoping to improve.

Customized Plans
I will create a step-by-step wellness plan that will fit into your lifestyle and help you sustainably work towards your goals. Using science-based, tried and true methods, we will take systematic steps to transform your life. Healthy recipes, meal plans, and workout programs tailored to you can be added for additional cost.

Support
After your initial call, I will meet with you periodically over the phone to go over your “homework” (trust me it is fun!!). During that call, I will be giving you your next steps and asking how the progress is going. This is also your time to ask me any questions you have and we will be adding to your wellness plan. Throughout the week, you will be able to text me any updates, send me photos of meals and workouts, and ask questions.

How I Became a Health Coach

During my junior year of high school, I enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to get my certification as a health coach. I graduated with my certificate right before I got my high school diploma and it was the best decision I could have made.

I learned so much valuable information about the unconventional ways of healing the body, and different diets from around the globe, and listened to countless health educators preach their mission and scientific research.

That journey inevitably led me to find a bachelor’s degree that aligned with my mission at Arizona State University. And the rest is history. Now I am here with boatloads of wellness information ready to help you succeed!

  • Yes! My goal is to help as many people as I can so don’t hesitate to reach out with an inquiry!

  • I charge $150 a week. Workout plans, custom recipes, and meal plans can be added for an additional cost.
